Overview

The Crestron module provides the following features,

Simple integration and installation via a Linn provided Crestron IPP module
Seamless integration between Crestron and Linn (OpenHome) allowing the use of a Crestron UI, Linn Kazoo, BubbleDS, or other OpenHome control points.
Support for AV installations, such as Kaleidescape, through volume and source switching modules
Support for cloud and local music through modules for browsing and searching Tidal, Qobuz, TuneIn, Kazoo Server and Minim Server
Multi-room audio; support for both dynamic and static grouping of rooms
Presets to quickly access favourite music
Smart Graphics GUI, in landscape orientation, with Linn Kazoo look and feel, but also re-skinable in an installer specific Look & Feel.
Support for resolution of TMPC-4SMD
Available for Crestron 3-series processors and Core 3 GUIs
Installable as part of Kazoo Server on any Mac or Windows server
Support for Kustom DSM has been added in v4.1.66 of the driver. Kustom output zones appear prepended with an (s) in the multiroom view and are not available for ungrouping. Kustom zones should be set up in advance using Linn Konfig (>=4.37.135).

Getting started

The Crestron solution requires some Crestron modules as well as an updated Kazoo Server (v4.9.35 or later).

The Crestron modules and installation guide are included as a single zipped file and Kazoo Server is provided as an installer for Windows, Mac and QNAP.

The Crestron modules can be downloaded using the links below.

Kazoo Server with support for custom install systems, v4.9.35 or greater, can be obtained from the links below or by updating an existing Kazoo Server installation (after turning on "Participate in beta program" in settings).

As raised issues are resolved additional beta links will be added.
