This format probably works with skills.sh / npx skills add linear/linear-release which seems to have a bit of ecosystem momentum if you wanted to advertise an easy command to wire it up

This skill can be used to generate CI configurations based on any kind of workflows. Main goal is reducing friction and just have people describe their workflows.
Tested on https://github.com/RideShareAppOrg/rideshare/pull/553 to generate a new scheduled pipeline.
