Reuse the existing session_code primitive to auto-login the intent service app loaded in a mobile WebView. The only behavioral change is letting an app-scoped token from token_exchange mint a session_code in canCreateSessionCode; every other piece (store, ServeAppFile consumer, intent CSP relaxation, BuildAppToken injection) already exists.
