The release notes entry for this PR is present in both release-notes-0.20.1.md (already merged in v0.20.1) and release-notes-0.21.0.md. It should be removed from the 0.21.0 release notes to avoid duplication — similar to what was done in commit 1306376 which cleaned up other 0.20.1 backports from the 0.21.0 notes.
