Added

• When using summars-pays it will now include a totals line for self-payments aka rebalances if there were any in that time window.

Changed

• Improved response time when summars-forwards, summars-pays or summars-invoices is enabled and your node has alot of data in each
• Worse response time if you have alot of self-payments before the first real payment in your time window (but you get a totals line for self-payments in return!)
• If node aliases are missing, summars will check the gossip store more frequently than summars-refresh-alias and only when almost all aliases are found it will use summars-refresh-alias again
• Built the alias cache a bit more thoroughly
• Options that have defaults will now show up in CLN's listconfigs
