This PR adds version specification for the Browserless headless browser to help self-hosted Lightdash users configure their deployments correctly. The documentation now explicitly recommends using the same Browserless version that Lightdash Cloud uses.

Added a note specifying the supported Browserless version (ghcr.io/browserless/chromium:v2.24.3) that Lightdash uses in cloud deployments. This helps users configure the correct version for their self-hosted deployments.
