Summary

Prepare Loaf v2.0.0-pre.20260614235428 for release.

• Ships the native Go + SQLite reliability work around the single global database, durable project identity, migration dry-runs, repair plans, backups, exports, and state diagnostics.
• Polishes human and agentic CLI surfaces so JSON contracts, project scope, database scope, and safe next actions are explicit across state/project/report/task/spec/session workflows.
• Adds Homebrew-ready release automation: tagged releases build native archives, upload checksummed assets, and update levifig/homebrew-tap.
• Refreshes generated CLI reference output, plugin/dist artifacts, native binaries, and package metadata for 2.0.0-pre.20260614235428.
