New: Parse BVE5 trains

This is a WIP, incomplete parser for BVE5 trains.

Not currently usable, but builds heavily on the block parser format, and some of the work done for MSTS trains.

I don't suppose you are aware of any further documentation on the BVETS vehicle performance table format?

Most stuff I can find has the maximum number of curves defined for power / brake as the total vehicle notches.

However, the **K_SEI3500R ** from Mackoy has 15 curves defined in the brake parameters:

I don't know anything about Bve5/6, but I think that when you click on this part of the homepage using a translation on Chrome or other software, the content that appears defines the vehicle's performance.
The information I can find right now is from the official documentation, but if there's anything I can't find, please ask again. I'll ask around.

Yes, I've seen that page, thanks, and the linked couple of pages; I was just wondering if you'd seen anything anywhere else or that I'd missed due to the translation :)

That's fair enough. However, it doesn't actuallly define what the etc. might be when there are more curves available.
I've skimmed the BVETS blog too, and can't see anything there, but still digging..
