Summary

remove legacy App Engine configuration and switch to SQLite
track page views in SQLite and expose stats endpoint
add Cloudflare R2 upload utility and init_db helper script

Testing

python -m pytest (fails: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'yaml')
