[Domain] add pressure risk summaries and overlays

Summary

• add scenario-wide pressure hotspot, exposure, and critical event tracking in the domain risk pipeline
• persist pressure summaries into scenario result artifacts and surface them in result and batch result views
• add pressure overlays, summary panels, and regression coverage for pressure risk calculations

Risks / Follow-up

• Pressure risk is now available as a scenario-common metric, but project persistence for reopening saved results still needs separate follow-up if we want pressure summaries restored from saved project files.
