This PR updated development documentation and fixes small errors in local dev tooling:
DEVELOPMENT.md– updated frompoetrytouv, added linting sectiondocker-compose.yml– fixed healthcheck by specifying correct DBMakefile– fixedlint_diffandformat_diffscripts, which targetedmasterinstead ofmain; added missing scripts to the help output
