Refresh quickstart around AI data workflows

Summary

• Refresh the shared quickstart around one AI data table for retrieval, curation, feature engineering, and multimodal records
• Add Python, TypeScript, and Rust snippets for storing local image bytes in a LanceDB column
• Move Enterprise-specific usage differences into the Enterprise overview and remove the duplicate Enterprise quickstart page

• uv run pytest tests/py/test_quickstart.py
• npm test -- quickstart.test.ts
• cargo run --example quickstart
• git diff --check

Also tested with a local build using mint dev and verified formatting.
