Just a little upgrades of versions. Could you publish it to NPM too please?

I upgraded a bit more, and switched to newer cache-manager and used the mongo adapter. I also used req.prerender.url instead of req.url as per #9 and throws errors when fails massively as per #5 for me it solves also #4
