Description of Changes

Adds prokube.ai to the Packaged Distributions table on the Installing Kubeflow page.

I needed to add the Kubeflow 1.

Changes:

• Adds prokube.ai as maintainer for prokube MLOps
• Sets the supported Kubeflow version to 1.11.0
• Adds release metadata for Kubeflow v1.11.0
• Keeps latest.json unchanged

Validation:

• Built successfully with Hugo 0.124.1 using hugo --gc --minify
