Merging upstream to share unfinished part 3 for homework 1 with planning team
Finished pedestrian fusion for Part 2 of homework 1. Almost finished Part 3 of homework 1: This is all of the Part 3 code for Homework 1 minus correct velocity and pedestrian overlap (which is used to assign correct pedestrian id's). The complete code is in there for Part 3 (there may be a few bugs that we haven't come across yet most of the code was written quickly in 2 days to try to meet planning team deadline), it's just missing a transform from vehicle to start frame to compare pedestrians in the correct frame of reference for correct velocity and pedestrian id calculations. Vikram is working on incorporating a transform from vehicle frame to start frame so we can finish Part 3 of Homework 1.
Simplified velocity and id calculations for part 2 and 3 of homework 1. I believe the dimensions are fixed now as well

One of our team members is working on incorporating a transform from vehicle frame to start frame so we can finish Part 3 of Homework 1. We are pushing the code to s2025_teamB early though so Planning B can use it.
