Initial Release v1.0.0

This is the initial release of the code that is used in the manuscript Synthesizing Selection Mosaic Theory and Host-Pathogen Theory to Explain Large-Scale Pathogen Coexistence. The intention is to provide the data and code to support the findings in the paper that can be hosted outside Github by a data archiving service, Zenodo.
