Adding support for Models that don't have IR control

I have a model 24180. It uses slightly different commands for control and receives a slightly different response to status requests. I have tested these changes with my 24180 and have tried to leave the code so it will continue to work by default with the 21819.

Is there any way this pull can be reviewed and merged? I'd like to update the Home assistant component so I don't have to run a custom component any more. @koolsb can you comment?

Since the author is unresponsive for almost two years, is there a process for submitting an alternative integration? pyblackbird2.?

There is, but I am not skilled enough in python to take over ownership of an integration. For example, One of the requirements for a new integration is for it to have a configuration flow, which I tried but failed to implement. I'd happily help support if someone else would be the owner.

I don't currently have a blackbird matrix, but was considering getting one. I'm no Home Assistant expert, but if I do get one, I'll check back in.

@koolsb I have updated this again. Can you please consider merging so I don't have to run a custom component and update every time you do?

I created my own library to specifically control the 24180. I'll be creating a custom hacs integration to specifically control the 24180 soon using this new library. Unfortunately, I won't be supporting anything else because I don't have it.
