The goal of this PR is to allow users to specify the file PlayerPrefs.json directly from the cli arguments. It becomes easy to change shortcuts, or make several windows shortcuts or use command line batch. Whereas currently the recommended way was to move the file PlayerPrefs.json / or make symlinks, not sure?
The processing of the cli argument is very simplistic. I assumed that Windows / batch would support quotes " like in bash but it's not working with space. Any suggestion welcomed.
