git clone https://github.com/kira-xc/AminoGasus --depth 1

cd AminoGasus

install requirements packages

pip3 install -r requirements.txt

update amino.fix

pip3 install -U amino.fix

using the app

python3 aminogasus.py

using sub tools

spliter of comIds

python3 sub_tools/spliter.py -i comIds/result_explore_ar_1694.txt -s 300

for split the "result_explore_ar_1694.txt" file to files with 300 size or lines

ndc to http links convertor

python3 sub_tools/ndc2http.py

and paste all ndc links , and when you finsh type :

@end
