Se agrega método de búsqueda en los Posts
Se agrega match en routes para que vaya a la URI /busca
Se agrega un textbox en el application.html.haml
Se modifica la forma de obtener los posts Post.includes(:blog) (mayor rendimiento)


          Se agrega búsqueda y se mejora el performance
