Integration tests have been added in scope of https://github.com/killbill/killbill-integration-tests/pull/68/files.
This PR adds kb itests run into ci workflow.
In addition to itest step in ci there is a small change in Healthcheck message for authenticated requests - "Vertex OK" instead of empty one (which is already being tested in the kb healthcheck integration test)
Next step is to enrich kb ruby integration test with tax logic validations in a separate PR.
