Work for TS#54 (Round 3)

Work for https://github.com/killbill/technical-support/issues/54 (Round 3):

Fix the reports from the extracts/finance directory. Made the following changes:

• Moved each SQL to a separate directory under reports, created stored_proc, readme and added report screenshot. All the reports except Invoice Adjustments Monthly are moved, I could not get this report to work, the underlying table is not populated. So I've deleted this view for now, we can add it back in later on if required.
• Modified the query in each view to use a left outer join with the analytics_currency_conversion table so that USD records are also included in the report
• Made some corrections to the updateAnalyticsCurrConvMonth.prc stored proc and added a Readme
