Work for https://github.com/killbill/technical-support/issues/54 (Round 2).
src/main/resources/reportsinto corresponding directories. Added stored procedures and readme files for the same. All the views except https://github.com/killbill/killbill-analytics-plugin/blob/master/src/main/resources/reports/v_report_invoice_adjustments_daily.ddl is moved. I could not get this report to work, the underlying table is not populated. So I've deleted this view for now, we can add it back in later on if required.systemandsanityreports
