Updates README.md to fix Markdown rendering issues in sections that include nested fenced code blocks and to correct formatting/alignment in the project structure tree.
Changes:
- Switches outer fenced code blocks from triple backticks to quadruple backticks where the content itself contains triple-backtick fences (prevents premature closing).
- Adjusts the ASCII tree listing to use the correct branch characters (
├──vs└──) and consistent alignment.
