Overview
SDK v0.48.0 release.

Adds a new client.projects resource with CRUD operations plus client.projects.limits for project-specific limit overrides, and updates api.md/exports/tests accordingly.

Browser session response types now include optional base_url across browser-related endpoints, and readEnv now treats empty env var values as unset (returns undefined).
