- Players dont need to vote each week. You can sit out with a neutral vote. - Players still need to get a majority approval to pass their proposals - Players still need at least one approval
Changes is_approved to only be simple majority.
Fixed approval rating ratios so that we dont NEED a denier to keep the server from crashing
Normal stuff....
