env: reject -0 with utility (exit 125 per macOS spec), stop parsing flags after NAME=VALUE pairs, and move -P handling after env printing so it only affects command search path. free: fix -s short flag collision with si field by disabling auto-short mapping, reject -c without -s (GNU behavior), and show buff_cache in wide mode buffers column instead of hardcoded zero.
