Hi, Update: looking at the add-on store, there are several add-ons saying they report internet speeds, so I'd be a bit cautious about merging this PR unless this PR offer someting other add-ons do not offer. Thanks. |

I've added the feature of report the Internet speed.
With NVDA+Shift+9 Internet statistics are reported: current download and upload speed, maximum and medium speeds during the session. The session starts when the add-on is loaded. For the calculation the aggregate values of all network interfaces are used.
