Thank you for writing this patch. I personally find it irritating when I get thrown into vim/vi whenever I forget that I'm using packer instead of pacman. |

Pacman requires Enter key for all [Y/n] prompts. I get burned almost every time, thrown into an editor.
I do know that I can use --noedit option to streamline the installation. This is not an alias-solvable issue, because I am talking about how core functionality differs from pacman.
However, I do realize this could just be a widely held preference, and I understand if the developer does not wish to change it.
