Reverts #129
stalo se že to zas vygenerovalo v některým případě file ale nevrátilo to API nejspíš počet řádků, takže se nevytvořil manifest 🤦 tak tohle revertnu a uděláme to tím druhým způsobem -> vždycky ten manifest vytvoříme a k tomu na začátku prázdný file
