プロジェクト用の GitHub PAT がグローバル export されると他の文脈で誤って参照されるため、 グローバル config から除去（[secrets] と [mcp].secrets の両方）。 pnpm i で必要な repo へはプロジェクトローカルの fnox.toml に別途移設する。
fnox が KEY= { 形式で書き戻すため vp check が落ちる。KEY = { へ整形（vp check --fix 済み）。
