commit-creator/pr-creatorのSKILL.mdに、会話中に出てきた外部リポジトリの Issue/PR URLや owner/repo#123 をコミットメッセージ・PR本文に書かない旨を明記。 GitHubのクロスリファレンスで相手リポジトリに被リンクが残るのを防ぐ。 参照は作業中の同一リポジトリのみに限定し、外部に言及が必要な場合は バッククォートで囲んでオートリンクを無効化する。

commit-creator / pr-creator のスキルが「issue/PR参照を含める」と促していたため、会話中に参考として出てきた外部リポジトリのIssue/PRがコミットメッセージやPR本文に書き込まれ、GitHubのクロスリファレンスによって相手リポジトリに被リンクが残ってしまう問題があった。
両スキルの SKILL.md に、参照は作業中の同一リポジトリのもののみに限定し、外部リポジトリのIssue/PR URLや owner/repo 形式の参照は書かない（必要な場合はバッククォートで囲んでオートリンクを無効化する）ルールを明記した。
