ETW Logging Migration

• Created QuickViewETW.h and QuickViewETW.cpp using TraceLoggingProvider for low-overhead logging.
• Integrated EtwScope in main.cpp for safe RAII lifecycle management of ETW registration.
• Replaced string formatting blocks (swprintf_s) across performance-critical paths (HeavyLanePool.cpp, ImageLoader.cpp) with structured ETW macros (TraceLoggingValue, TraceLoggingWideString, TraceLoggingString) to achieve zero-overhead logging when tracing is disabled.
• Migrated legacy OutputDebugStringW and OutputDebugStringA calls globally to QV_LOG_* wrapper macros.
