Summary
This PR fixes several minor issues in the CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file to improve clarity, consistency, and correctness:

  • Corrected remaining punctuation issues (e.g., added missing comma in “inappropriate behavior, harassment…”).
  • Removed a double space after a period in the IETF section.
  • Updated “Applicable Sections” to use Title Case for consistency with other section headings.
  • Ensured consistent American English spelling (“behavior”).
  • Improved line-wrapping for readability where appropriate.

No content changes were made—only formatting, spacing, and spelling corrections.

These fixes align the document more closely with the Contributor Covenant v2.1 and OpenJS CoC formatting standards.
