Summary

replace abrupt setup blocking in ContentView with a clear readiness checklist
show setup status for:
- OpenRouter API key
- global default model
provide direct actions to open Settings and Model Manager
refresh readiness state after Settings closes
document this UX update in internal changelog

Testing Evidence

local build passed
local unit tests passed ()

Rollback Plan

revert this PR to restore previous setup-gating behavior
