This pull request introduces several significant updates and enhancements to the project:
Updated Vue and Node.js Versions: Vue has been upgraded to version 3, Node to 21.
Docker Integration: Added a Docker config for local or server deployment
Authentication Flow Enhancement: The authentication flow has been updated to ensure compatibility with Vue 3.

I've tested this locally, in Docker and on my Pi. However, I'm an ML engineer and not a JS dev, so please have a good look at the changes ;)
