the genirs regeneration commit creates a huge mechanical diff. for easier review it might be easier to review commit by commit rather than the overall pr files changed. during cleanup of genirs/ i removed a few files (e.g. mgpuruntime.cc, shim_lib.c) that did not appear to be referenced in the current build or test flow. the directory now contains only generated IRs and associated drivers. the drivers have been moved under a drivers/ subdirectory for separation. please let me know if any changes are required. |

This PR renames the avial dialect, passes and namespaces to dhir across the codebase.
As a result of this rename the generated IRs in genirs/ are now stale. They have been regenerated from tests/polybench using tests/configs/system_config_4_cpu.json.
The genirs/ directory previously contained several outdated object files, executables and intermediate artifacts. Those have been cleaned up under the assumption that genirs/ serves as a developer convenience directory for generated IR outputs.
The README has also been updated to reflect the renaming from avial to DHIR in most places. The repository name is still avial so badge URLs have been left unchanged to avoid breaking links.
