Create Shortcut for Spotify App
Change Property in Spotify Shortcut C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Spotify\Spotify.exe --remote-debugging-port=9222 --force-renderer-accessibility --disable-background-timer-throttling --disable-renderer-backgrounding --disable-backgrounding-occluded-windows
Open Spotify from shortcut
Chose any song(exist lyric song only)
Push Lyric Button
Run this software

Is it necessary to restart the software to display the lyrics of a newly opened song?

No,Please press the lyrics button again.

Please verify whether lyrics exist and whether they are synchronisable lyrics. If they still do not appear, this is a bug and should be reported.
