- Get branchs & tags from project.cap.repository using git ls-remote
- Auto select branch (for stage if any) refreshing the jobs/new form in ajax
- Monkey Patch capistrano so that -s branch=xyz works with multistage

Sometime the repo containing the cap files isn't the deployed project. We now use the cap.repository to fetch branches & tags to deploy.
Preset default value for branch & support multistage
MonkeyPatch Capistrano::CLI#execute_requested_actions for now until reported in Capistrano.
