This PR enhances testing for
Ammacross various scenariosin addition to the anchor bankrun end-to-end tests, this adds cargo tests to enable comprehensive testing of mathematical/logical aspects, particularly regarding round errors. Moreover, it replaces simple asserts with a validation macro to facilitate logging state and handling expected errors in the test suite
