A slight restructuring of input parameters to be more streamlined, and a renormalization to soft potential parameters to avoid having to do some maths to find other parameter values.

Simcore v0.2

This release is capable of simulating interactions between flexible filaments and crosslinks, with only one type of filament/crosslink per species. Additional species types require derived classes (addressed in v0.3). This release is capable of running in containers and there are several scripts to assist in doing so.

This release is not backwards compatible with earlier tagged versions (v0.1.x) due to changes in species and checkpoint files, some parameter names, and how concurrent RNG is handled.
