Hey, I'm Jeff 👋

I'm a Technical Recruiter based in New York.

Over the last several years I've recruited across software engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML, data, security, and product teams at both startups and larger technology organizations.

Most of my career has been spent helping engineering teams hire exceptional talent.

Along the way, I became increasingly interested in the questions behind the hiring process:

  • Why do certain organizations consistently produce strong engineers?
  • What signals actually matter when evaluating talent?
