When I begin work on integrating jQuery-Timepicker-Addon's i18n database (#278), it should make this PR obsolete. |

The change adds possibility to change default AM/PM strings with some custom text. For instance Yoruba (Nigeria) locale uses Ale/Owuro instead of AM/PM strings.
