[WIP] Reorganize documentation for infrastructure tasks

No emojis ni lenguaje motivacional. - Role assignment: Act as QA executor and documentation consistency reviewer. - Context: Recibir PR con reorganización de QA infra y TASKs. - Output format: Tabla con columnas (TASK | Evidencia generada | Estado). - Constraints: No inventar pasos, no omitir TASKs. - Examples: Input = lista de TASKs; Output = tabla de evidencias. 1. Inventario: Validar existencia de todas las TASKs listadas. 2. Creación: Generar estructura estándar para las faltantes. 3. Ejecución: Ejecutar validaciones asociadas. 4.
