This resolves #55 and provides backwards compatible paths forward for both clients and servers.
I moved everything over to
spec-mdfollowing the patterns https://github.com/graphql/graphql-over-http is using.You can find a rendered view here: https://workday.github.io/graphql-multipart-request-spec/graphql-multipart-request-v3.html or if reviewing locally
npm run devwill start a local server where you can see the rendered v2 as well.
