kdb-systemd-1.1.0-2021.01.17

This release replaces the shared object library searching code for the common code provided by kdb-common 1.2.1-2021.01.17.

This release of the library only supports kdb-common version 1.2.1-2021.01.17 or greater.

The shared object will be searched from LD_LIBRARY_PATH rather than the specific KSL_SO_FOLDER.
