This is the dbg software package, which can be used to 
store and analyze de Bruijn graphs.

NOTE:

Some of the code from this package is derived from the khmer 
software package, available at http://www.github.com/ctb/khmer.

INSTRUCTIONS:

'make all' to build.

dbg is under the BSD license; see doc/LICENSE.txt.  Distribution,
modification and redistribution, incorporation into other software,
and pretty much everything else is allowed.
