Thank you for making this change! Do you mind updating the lock file? If not, I can do it later. Also, might want to set an upper bound of 4.0 to prevent breaking changes. |

In this PR, I have removed the upper version cap for Python (i.e., <=
Python 3.13).The reason for this change is that the library keeps breaking with every new Python release, such as Python
3.13.1or3.13.2, when usingpip install -r requirements.txt.
