Summary

Swap README language strategy to make English the primary language for better global discoverability.

Changes

  • Rename README.md (Japanese) → README.ja.md
  • Rename README.en.md (English) → README.md (primary)
  • Update cross-references in both files
  • Add Coderm = VS Code + Terminal tagline to both READMEs

Why

Industry standard for open-source projects (especially terminal/editor tools like Neovim, tmux, WezTerm) is English README as primary. This change:

  • Improves discoverability for the global GitHub audience
  • Signals the project is internationally open
  • Maintains Japanese README as README.ja.md with cross-links

Post-merge TODO

  • Update CLAUDE.md: README.en.mdREADME.ja.md reference

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

- Rename README.md (Japanese) to README.ja.md
- Rename README.en.md (English) to README.md (primary)
- Update cross-references in both files
- Add 'Coderm = VS Code + Terminal' tagline to both
