Add data pricing update from August 5th, 2o16. This update changed the pricing and also change the size of a gigabyte to be 1024 instead of 1000.

Add data pricing update from August 5th, 2016. This update
changes the pricing and also changes the size of a gigabyte to be
1024 instead of 1000. Should still be backwards compatible.
